Public Comments (items not on the agenda) <br />Ben Grabiel modified his comments made at the December 7, 2006 Historic <br />Resources Commission meeting regarding the 324 Fourth Street project. He also <br />noted that he believes the Secretary of the Interior Standards for Rehabilitation <br />should apply to this vacant lot. <br />Ben Grabiel stated that the Historical Society revie+4ved the title policy and found <br />the Secretary of Interior Standards addressed both the vacant lot and the theater <br />for rehabilitation. He stated that the project should be modified to coincide with <br />the agreement. He recommended improvements follow through with the <br />development agreement and also suggested that alternate sites be considered. <br />Ben Grabiel requested that the Historical Society be kept informed of any activity <br />regarding the West End Lofts project located at 324 Fourth Street. <br />STAFF AND COMMISSION COMIU(ENTS <br /> <br />3. Staff Comments <br />Associate Planner Hally Soboleske announced the cancellation of the February <br />1, 2007 meeting.
