The parties entered into that certain Agreement Between the City of Santa Ana and Interval <br />House for use of Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re -housing Grant Funds (Program <br />' Year 2009-10), dated September 30th, 2010, (hereinafter "said Agreement") by which <br />Subrecipient has been providing assistance and services to prevent individuals and families <br />from becoming homeless or help those who are experiencing homelessness to be quickly re- <br />housed and stabilized. <br />B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to amend -the <br />said agreement to transfer funds from the Rapid Re -Housing Program to the Homelessness <br />Prevention Program. <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject to all <br />the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this First Amendment to <br />Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br />Section VI PAYMENTS of said Agreement shall be amended to transfer $20,000 (Twenty <br />Thousand Dollars) from the Rapid Re -Housing program to the Homelessness Prevention <br />Program, resulting in a final allocation of $320,000 (Three Hundred Twenty Thousand <br />Dollars) for the Homelessness Prevention program and $280,000 (Two Hundred Eighty <br />Thousand Dollars) for the Rapid Re -Housing program, as reflected in the. amended Exhibit <br />B, attached hereto and incorporated herein. <br />2. Except as hereinabove amended, all terms and conditions of said Agreement shall remain in <br />full force and effect. <br />
