Staff commented that the building <br />was sold to the Church of Scientology. He asked staff to keep the <br />Commission informed. <br />7. Excuse of Absences <br />Commissioner Lutz made a motion to excuse the absence of Commissioner <br />Bustamante. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Macres and <br />unanimously approved by the Commission. <br />8.
