A similar <br />wooden cap on the portico's fascia did not appear on the proposal. Commission <br />requested that applicant add capping detail at the roofline of the portico. <br />Applicant concurred. Four by four inch post had exposed anchor, to match the <br />front elevation, the applicant agreed to sheath the entire post.
