MINUTES <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Approve minutes the Regular meeting of May 6, 2004. <br />B. COMMISSION SECRETARY REPORT <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Instruct the Commission Secretary to enter into the minutes that pursuant to the Brown Act and the <br />Maddy Act, the May 6, 2004 Agenda for the Regular Meeting was posted on the door of the City Hall <br />Council Chambers at 22 Civic Center Plaza on April 29, 2004 at 3:47p.m. <br />' C. HISTORIC PROPERTY PRESERVATION AGREEMENT NO. 2004-02 (Melanie McCann) <br />Filed by the City of Santa Ana to execute an agreement with Daniel Leroy Cordova for the structure <br />located at 920 North Towner Street. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Recommend that the City Council direct the City Attorney to prepare and authorize the City Manager <br />and Clerk of the Council to execute an agreement with Mr. Daniel LeRoy Cordova for the structure <br />located at 920 North Towner Street. <br />Chairman Giles acknowledged residents present at meeting. <br />Historic Resources Commission Minutes 1 June 3, 2004 <br />
