The <br />report is divided into three sections: Waiting List, Participants, and <br />Production. <br />Waiting List <br />As of September 30, 2007 there were 4,686 individuals/families on the <br />waiting list. Charts 1 and 2 depict the characteristics of those <br />currently on the waiting list who applied in 2001-2004. The Authority <br />is currently accepting applications from <br />October ~. to November 30, 2007, and these <br />statistics will be incorporated in the <br />first quarterly report. <br />Chart 1 illustrates the percentage of <br />those on the waiting list whc work or <br />'t.
