Approval of Minutes <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Approve minutes of the regular meeting of March 4, 2004. <br />B. Commission Secretary Report <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />C. <br />Instruct the Commission Secretary to enter into the minutes that pursuant to the Brown Act <br />and the Maddy Act, the March 4, 2004 Agenda for the Regular Meeting was posted on the <br />door of the City Hall Council Chambers at 22 Civic Center Plaza on March 1, 2004 at 3:30 <br />p. m. <br />Filed by City of Santa Ana to execute an agreement with Love Revocable Trust for the <br />structure located at 2028 North Victoria Drive. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Recommend that the City Council direct the City Attorney to prepare and authorize the City <br />Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute an agreement with the Love Revocable Trust, <br />Ron Love and Dianne E.
