Discussion was held regarding the time involved, the client's perspective, the <br />preservation of the integrity of the structure, and how differentiation between old <br />and new portions of a structure can be accomplished. Discussion also was held <br />regarding the Secretary of Interior Standards and requirements of being a <br />Certified Local Government. It was the consensus of the Commission to allow <br />flexibility in design and application of the standards an non-primary elevations. <br />D.
