COMMISSIONER COMMUNICATION DISCLOSURE (REGARDING <br />AGENDIZED PROJECTS) <br />There were no disclosures from Commissioners. <br />G. AWARD PROGRAM FOR OUTSTANDING HISTORIC PRESERVATION <br />PROJECTS <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />1. Recommend that the City Council adopt a resolution approving the Ad <br />Hoc Committee's recommendations on eligibility of 2002 award <br />nominations. <br />2. Recommend that the City Council adopt a resolution approving. <br />modifications to the criteria for the Award Program for Outstanding Historic <br />Preservation Projects. <br />Hally Soboleske provided staff report and recommendation. Discussion held <br />regarding proposed changes and limits of the program. The Commission <br />requested that the following modifications to the program be made: <br />1. Extend the nominating period to May 1. <br />2. Extend the project completion date to include a 3-year rolling period. <br />3. Amend the eligibility rules to allow unlisted properties to be nominated provided <br />they make application for placement on the Register: <br />Motion to: <br />1.
