Adopt a resolution approving Historic Resources Commission Application Nos. 2002-70 <br />through 2002-72 and 2002-74. <br /> <br />2. Adopt a resolution approving Historic Register Categoriz8tion Nos. 2002-152 through <br />2002-154. and 2002-156. <br />Lynnette Perry, Associate Planner, presented the staff report and recommendation. <br />Madam Chair Kings opened the public hearing. <br />Richard Watts, owner of the Quick House located at 160 and 1604 East Fourth Street, <br />noted that he had spent over $1,000,000 on rehabilitation for the property and expressed <br />concern regarding the effect placement on the register and categorization would have on <br />the property value. He also requested that the Commission continue the item to allow <br />him time to research the potential impacts of categorization. <br />The Commission advised Mr. Watts to research tax credits and facade easements. Ms. <br />DeRosa, Senior Planner, noted that staff would be happy to assist him. <br />Madame Chair Kings closed the public hearing. <br />Motion to: <br />Adopt a resolution approving Historic Resour6es Commission Applicaffon <br />No. 2002-70 through 2002-72. <br />:1 <br />2.
