Adopt an ordinance approving Amendment Application No. 2010-01 . <br />2. Adopt a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No. 2010-15 as conditioned. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br />On September 13, 2010, the Planning Commission recommended that the City Council adopt an <br />ordinance approving Amendment Application No. 2010-01 ; and adopt a resolution approving <br />Conditional Use Permit No. 2010-15 as conditioned by a vote of 7:0 to allow a residential care facility <br />for the elderly and change the zoning for a portion of the lot from Single Family Residential (R1) and <br />Multiple Family Residential (R3) to General Commercial (C2) zoning for property at 1600 East First <br />Street (Exhibit A).
