Reimbursement Agreement with RSCCD <br />February 7, 2011 <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />The College agreed to pay for the actual cost of these reports and park improvements with no <br />guarantee that the NPS will approve the land conversion. Assuming the NPS will approve the land <br />conversion, the College has also agreed to reimburse the Community Development Agency <br />($280,000) for one of the parcels.
