Oral Comments -Comments from the Public <br />None <br />STAFF AND COMMISSION COMMENTS <br />Comments from Staff <br />Mr. View <br />• Advised the Commission that Joseph Edwards was on vacation <br />• Advised the Commission that the Mayor will be answering the letter from French <br />Park. <br />• The next meeting will include an update on the Commission's annual objectives <br />• Noted that an Ad Hoc Committee for Code Updates would be formed. <br />Comments from Historic Resources Commission <br />Commissioner COroin <br />• Requested that all materials regarding an item, including those from applicants, be <br />provided prior to the meeting. <br />' Commissioner O'Callaghan <br />• Requested any material available that would provide a big picture of the One <br />Broadway Plaza project. <br />Commissioner Chinn <br />• Advised that the historical room at the Library had not as yet received the data <br />promised and asked for staff to investigate. <br />• Requested an update on the Historical Rehabilitation Loan Program. Mr. View <br />advised that Housing staff will be requested to provide an update to the Commission. <br />Madame Chair Kings <br />• Requested formation of an ad hoc working committee to review text, markers and <br />monuments. Madame Chair Kings and Commissioner Richardson will serve on the <br />committee. <br />Requested written confirmation of Mr. Harrah's agreement to not demolish the <br />buildings located at 1007-1009, 1015 and 1109 N. Broadway. <br />Advised that the store fronts on the Phillips Block Building had been removed. <br />Thanked the Commissioners for re-electing her as Chair. <br />Commissioner Giles <br />• Noted that he could not find the historic links to the web pages. <br />• Asked when the historic register would go on line.
