All Members present except Commissioner Bustamante PROCEDURAL RULES PUBLIC HEARINGS 1. To place and categorize the structure located at 517 East Fourteenth Street as Landmark (Santa Ana Water Tower) on the Santa Ana Register of Historical Properties. PUBLISHED IN THE REGISTER: August 27, 2001 PUBLICLY NOTICED: August 23, 2001 RECOMMENDATION: Adopt a resolution approving Historic Resources Commission Application No. 2001-22. ' 2. Adopt a resolution approving Historic Register Categorization No. 2001-78. Pedro Guillen, Assistant Planner I, presented the staff report and recommendation. Madame Chair Kings opened the public hearing at 5:49 p.m. No written communications were received and there were no speakers on the matter. Commissioner Giles requested modification to Page 2 of Exhibit 1 under "Historic Highlights" last sentence to be revise!:1 from "to date" to "in 2001."
