Adopt a resolution approving Historic Register Categorization No.'s 2001-22 through 24. <br />Charles View, Downtown Development Manager, presented the staff report and <br />recommendation. <br />Madame Chair Kings opened the public hearing. <br />Mr. Ridley Politiski asked that his property located at 1002 N. Broadway be reclassified <br />' in the "contributive" category. <br />Ms. Leslie Neumann defended her recommendations regarding historic documentation <br />prepared for the Mosbaugh-Loerch House. <br />Madame Chair Kings closed the public hearing. <br />Commissioners Rankin, Bustamante, Richardson and Kings offered comments and/or <br />detailed historic perspective about the involved properties and. made several detailed <br />inquiries that were addressed by staff and the historic consultant. <br />Motion to adopt a resolution approving Historic Register Categorization No.'s <br />2001-22 through 24. <br />MOTION: Bustamante <br />SECOND: Chinn <br />AYES: Kings, Giles, Chinn, Corpin, Bustamante, Richardson, Rankin (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: Gartner, O'Callaghan (2) <br />ABSTENTION: None (0) <br />2.
