Approval of the Minutes from the regular meeting of May 4, X000 and June 1, 2000. <br />' RECOMMENDATION: <br />Approve the minutes of the regular meeting of May 4, 2000 acid June 1, 2000. <br />2. Reconsideration of actions taken at previous meeting. <br />"' Consent Calendar Items *** <br />Motion to approve the minutes of May 4, 2000 and June 1~ 2000. <br />MOTION: Bustamante SECOND: Berry <br />AYES: Kings, Berry, Corpin, Cribb, Gartner, Gres, Chinn, and Bustamante <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Brenes <br />ABSTENTIONS: None ~ <br />STUDY SESSION <br />Overview of the Historic Resources Commission minutes. <br />Mr. Kenneth Adams, Acting Executive Director, introduced Ms. Pat Healy as the City's new <br />Clerk of the Council and informed the Commission that Ms. Healy was undergoing the <br />process of revisiting the City's policies regarding action minutes to achieve consistency <br />among the Commissions. <br />Ms. Pat Healy, Clerk of the Council, introduced herself and provided an overview of the <br />City's policy regarding action minutes. <br />Ms. Cris Shaw, Deputy City Attorney, informed the Commission that the City Attorney's <br />office was in full support of the policies established by the Clerk's office. <br />2. Presentation of the Orange Countv School of Arts (First Church Christian Science). <br />
