Reconsideration of actions taken at previous meeting. <br />*** Consent Calendar Items **!* <br />Commissioner Cribb removed the January 12, 2000 minutes frotrJ Consent Calendar for modifications. He <br />expressed to the Commission and staff that he believed the minutes of the meetings did not capture all of the <br />comments made by the Commissioners at their meetings. He furtJter stated that he would like to have more <br />detailed minutes and stated that additional details in the minutes would help preserve the Commissioners <br />comments and provide a more comprehensive record for the inter@sted pazties. <br />Commissioner Kings reminded the Commission that the City's policy regarding minutes from hearings were <br />action minutes and she further stated that any specific commegt that was important to a Commissioner <br />should be noted for the record or repeated in the comments tq ensure that it would be captured in the <br />minutes. <br />0 <br />After further discussion, Mc Adams informed the Commissioners that it was important for them to state <br />specifically what comments they would like to be noted or modified in the minutes. Commissioners Giles, <br />Berry, Brenes, and Cribb noted modifications to the minutes for J$rtuary 12, 2000 and Mr. Adams suggested <br />to the Commission to allow staff to make the noted amendments and bring back the minutes to the <br />Commission at the next scheduled meeting. <br />Motion to continue the minutes for January 12, 2000 to March 2, 2000. <br />MOTION: Giles SECOND: Berry <br />AYES: Kings, Brenes, Berry, Corpin, Cribb, and Giles <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Gaztner, Chinn, and Bustamante <br />
