The Historic Resources Commission of the City of Santa Ana <br />hereby finds, determines and declares as follows: <br />A. On October 1, 2009, the Historic Resour es Commission held a duly <br />noticed public hearing for the placement n the Santa Ana Register of <br />Historical Properties (Historic Resources Commission Application No. <br />2009-15 and categorization (Histori Resources Commission <br />Categorization No. 2009-15 of the Frandson House, located at 2003 North <br />Ross Street, Santa Ana. <br />B. The Frandson House was constructed in 1932 in a Colonial Revival style. <br />C. Character defining features include exterior stucco cladding, roof <br />configuration and original windows. <br />D. This residence qualifies for listing as Contributive because it "is a good <br />example of period architecture" and "contributes to the overall character <br />and history" of Floral Park. <br />E. The legal owner of the subject property is Stlephanie Stevens. <br />F. The legal description for the subject property is attached hereto as Exhibit <br />A and incorporated by this reference as though fully set forth herein. <br />G. The subject property meets the minimal standards for placement on the <br />City of Santa Ana Register of Historic Properties pursuant to Section 30-2 <br />of the Santa Ana Municipal Code. <br />H.
