Z <br />SAID PROPERTY WITHIN THE <br />CATEGORY <br />AK- 09/XX/09 <br />RESOURCES <br />IA APPROVING <br />APPLICATION <br />LOCATED AT <br />A ANA ON THE <br />NG HISTORIC <br />3-13 PLACING <br />;ONTRIBUTIVE <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HISTORIC RESOUF~CES COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Historic Resources Commission of the City of Santa Ana <br />hereby finds, determines and declares as follows: <br />A. On October 1, 2009, the Historic Resour es Commission held a duly <br />noticed public hearing for the placement n the Santa Ana Register of <br />Historical Properties (Historic Resources Commission Application No. <br />2009-13 and categorization (Histori Resources Commission <br />Categorization No. 2009-13) of the Alice Peterson House, located at 2204 <br />North Greenleaf Street, Santa Ana. <br />B. The Alice Peterson House was built in 19135, and is a Colonial Revival <br />styled residence. <br />C. Character defining features include wood'. siding under the gable end, <br />original windows, and exterior patio. <br />D. This residence qualifies for listing as Contributive because it "is a good <br />example of period architecture" and "contributes to the overall character <br />and history" of Floral Park. <br />E. The legal owners of the subject property arei Dean A. & Ruth A. Reynolds. <br />F. The legal description for the subject property is attached hereto as Exhibit <br />A and incorporated by this reference as though fully set forth herein. <br />G. The subject property meets the minimal standards for placement on the <br />City of Santa Ana Register of Historic Properties pursuant to Section 30-2 <br />of the Santa Ana Municipal Code.
