The Historic Resources Commission of the City of Santa Ana <br />hereby finds, determines and declares as follows: <br />A. On October 1, 2009, the Historic Resources Commission held a duly <br />noticed public hearing for the placement ojn the Santa Ana Register of <br />Historical Properties {Historic Resources 'Commission Application No. <br />2009-09 and categorization (Historic Resources Commission <br />Categorization No. 2009-09) of the Liggett House, located at 2323 North <br />Bonnie Brae, Santa Ana. <br />B. The Liggett House is a 1923 example of Spanish Colonial Revival <br />architectural style. <br />C. Character defining features of this residence include smooth stucco <br />cladding, arched entry and red the roofing alpng the top of the parapet. <br />D. This house qualifies for designation as Contributive because it "is a good <br />example of period architecture" and "contributes to the overall character <br />and history" of Floral Park. <br />E. The legal owners of the subject property are Miriam & Jorge Galindo. <br />F. The legal description for the subject property is attached hereto as Exhibit <br />A and incorporated by this reference as though fully set forth herein. <br />G.
