The purpose of the Administrative Plan is <br />to describe the Authority's policies and procedures. <br />The Annual Plan (Exhibit 1) provides detailed information about the <br />current operations of the Housing Authority, including programs, <br />participants, services for the upcoming year, and any operational or <br />tenant concerns. The Authority is required to review its existing <br />operations and needs on a yearly basis with input from a Tenant Advisory <br />Committee comprised of Section 8 participants. The Tenant Advisory <br />Committee met on December 10, 2005, to review the Plan for fiscal year <br />2006-2007. As per regulations, all comments from the December 10 <br />committee meeting are incorporated into the Annual Plan. <br />The Administrative Plan serves as supporting documentation for the Annual <br />Plan. The Authority's Administrative Plan (Exhibit 2) was last revised <br />on March 1, 2004. The Administrative Plan must be revised to ensure <br />compliance with regulatory changes made by HUD and policy and procedure <br />changes proposed by the Authority. <br />HUD regulations require a 45 -day <br />notification was published in the <br />plans were available for review. <br />February 21, 2006.
