Direct the City Attorney to prepare and authorize the City Manager <br />and the Clerk of the Council to execute an agreement between the <br />City of Santa Ana and the Housing Authority of the City of Santa <br />Ana, in the amount of $550,000 for the implementation of the Tenant - <br />Based Rental Assistance Program. <br />2. Direct the City Attorney to prepare and authorize the City Manager <br />and the Clerk of the Council to execute an agreement with the County <br />of Orange Health Care Agency in the amount of $789,000 to continue <br />to provide supportive housing services to HIV/AIDS individuals in <br />the County of Orange. <br />HOUSING AUTHORITY ACTION <br />1. Direct the Authority General Counsel to prepare and authorize the <br />Executive Director of the Housing Authority to execute an agreement <br />between the City of Santa Ana and the Housing Authority of the City <br />of Santa Ana, in the amount of $550,000 for the implementation of <br />the Tenant -Based Rental Assistance Program. <br />2. Direct the Authority General Counsel to prepare and authorize the <br />Executive Director of the Housing Authority to execute an agreement <br />with AIDS Service Foundation Orange County in an amount not to <br />0 <br />
