Planning and Building Agency Executive Director Jay Trevino <br />indicated that cost borne by applicant. <br />MOTION: <br />1. Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute an <br />agreement, subject to non-substantive changes approved by the City <br />Manager and City Attorney. <br />AGMT NO. 2011-022 - With Nabih Youssef Associates for structural plan <br />check services in an amount not exceed $60,000. <br />• <br />2. Approve an appropriation adjustment.
