Councilmember Benavides noted that <br />contract will include abatement of graffiti at parks and all City buildings; <br />provided Amended Motion (as noted below). Councilmember Tinajero in <br />support of current program. Councilmember Bustamante supports <br />contracting out of service because of color matching, cost efficiency, and 2 <br />story abatement of graffiti. Mayor Pro Tern Alvarez asked Police Chief <br />Walters to answer questions posed by some members of the public. <br />Council thanked City crew currently working on graffiti abatement <br />program.
