<br />JOINT SESSIONS OF THE CITY COUNCIL AND THE COMMUNITY <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br /> <br />80A APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT, RESOLUTION, AMENDMENT TO <br />AGREEMENT WITH AECOM, AND COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT FOR <br />THE DOWNTOWN PARKING GARAGES AND WAYFINDING SIGNAGE <br />PROGRAM – Community Redevelopment Agency <br /> <br /> CITY COUNCIL ACTION <br /> <br /> <br /> RECOMMENDED ACTIONS: <br /> <br />1. Adopt a resolution. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF SANTA ANA <br />APPROVING A COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT REGARDING <br />CONSTRUCTION IMPROVEMENTS TO THE DOWNTOWN <br />PARKING GARAGES/LOTS WITH THE COMMUNITY <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AND <br />MAKING CERTAIN FINDINGS PURSUANT TO SECTION 33445 OF <br />THE HEALTH & SAFETY CODE <br /> <br />2. Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute a <br />Cooperative Agreement, subject to non-substantive changes <br />approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. <br /> <br /> AGMT - With the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br />Santa Ana (Agency) in the amount of $9,455,000 <br /> <br />3. Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute an <br />agreement subject to non-substantive changes approved by the <br />City Manager and City Attorney. <br /> <br /> AGMT - Execute an amendment with AECOM, to provide on-call <br />engineering, architectural and landscaping services in the amount not <br />to exceed $275,000 for a total contract amount of $475,000. <br /> <br />4.
