Adopt a resolution. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING A COOPERATIVE <br />AGREEMENT REGARDING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF <br />PROGRAMS AND PROJECTS ESTABLISHED IN THE 2010/11- <br />2014/15 FIVE-YEAR IMPLEMENTATION PLAN WITH THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA AND MAKING CERTAIN FINDINGS RELATED <br />THERETO PURSUANT TO SECTION 33445 OF THE HEALTH & <br />SAFETY CODE <br /> <br />2.
