E. In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the <br />recommended action is exempt from further review per Section 15332, <br />class 32. This class 32 exemption allows infill development projects <br />occurring on lots less than five acres, where the site has no value as a <br />habitat for endangered species, is adequately served by all required utilities <br />and public services, will not result in any significant effects relating to traffic, <br />noise, air and water quality and is consistent with the applicable general <br />plan, zoning and other policies. Categorical Exemption Environmental <br />Review No. 2008-140 will be filed for this project. <br />Section 3.
