Section 4. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana authorizes the City Manager and/or <br />the Executive Director of the Public Works Agency to execute and submit all documents <br />and take any actions necessary, for and on behalf of the City of Santa Ana, for the <br />purpose of obtaining financial assistance from the State of California, Department of <br />Transportation, under the Bicycle Transportation Account. <br />Section 5. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by the City <br />Council, and the Clerk of the Council shall attest to and certify the vote adopting this <br />Resolution. <br />ADOPTED this day of <br />Councilmembers <br />Miguel A.
