PTM General Engineering Services Riverside $410,970 $476,076 <br />Due to recent competitive nature of the bids, the City added additional work in the form of add-on <br />alternates for each project in anticipation that the bids may be below the engineer's estimate- A <br />total of seven bids were received and all were responsive. The lowest bid plus add-on alternates <br />one, two, three, and four was submitted by California Professional Engineering, Inc. for $226,965, <br />which is below the Engineer's estimate of $385,650. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />After completion of Environmental Reviews Nos. 2010-04, 2010-05, 2010-06 & 2010-07, <br />Categorical Exemptions will be filed for these projects pursuant to the California Environmental <br />Quality Act. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The funding analysis shows a total estimated construction cost of $306,400 for the project <br />(Exhibit 2).
