REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES <br />FOR SOUTH MAIN RENOVATION PROGRAM <br />Recommended action approved by the Community Redevelopment and Housing <br />Commission on February 1, 2011, by a 6:0 vote. <br />Vice Chair Alvarez requested that once consultant selected, that they work with <br />the South Main Street Merchant's Association as well as other businesses in the <br />area; and have consultant share input received and include that of Agency Board <br />members. Agency Member Sarmiento echoed comments and added that <br />process should be inclusionary. <br />MOTION: Authorize issuance of a Request for Proposals to qualified <br />consultants to provide project management services to coordinate and <br />implement a Building Renovation Program for the South Main Corridor. <br />4. AGREEMENT FOR ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY AND ESCROW <br />INSTRUCTIONS FOR 301 SOUTH SYCAMORE AND 300 SOUTH MAIN <br />STREET <br />Recommended action approved by the Community Redevelopment and Housing <br />Commission on February 1, 2011, by a 6:0 vote. <br />MOTION: Authorize the Executive Director and Agency Secretary to <br />execute the Purchase and Sale Agreement and Escrow Instructions for the <br />acquisition of real property located at 301 South Sycamore and 300 South <br />Main in the amount of $682,500 plus normal closing costs and escrow fees, <br />subject to non-substantive changes approved by the Executive Director <br />and Agency General Counsel. <br />*** END OF CONSENT CALENDAR *** <br />CRA MINUTES 2 FEBRUARY 22, 2011 <br />
