<br />County of Orange, State of California, in the land allotted to Jacob Ross in Decree of
<br />Partition of the Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana, recorded in Book. B of Judgments of the
<br />171" Judicial District Court of Los Angeles County, California, described as follows;
<br />Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 12, said corner also being the
<br />centerline intersection of Bristol Street with 17"' Street as shown on Tract No. 863, filed
<br />in Book 26, Page 30 of Miscellaneous Maps in the Office of the County Recorder of
<br />Orange County, California, and Record of Survey map filed in Book 3, Page 12,
<br />Records of Survey in the Office of said County Recorder; thence easterly along the
<br />centerline of 174' Street per said Tract No. 863, North 89°53' 15" East, 174.675 feet to the
<br />westerly line of the land as described in Deed recorded June 7, 1924, took 528,
<br />Page 143, Official Records of said County Recorder, said westerly line being coincident
<br />with the easterly line of the land as described in Deed recorded May 26, 1924, Book 528,
<br />Page 15, Official Records of said County Recorder, thence southerly along said westerly
<br />line, purportedly shown on Record of Survey map filed in Book 48, Page. 36,
<br />Records of Survey in the Office of said County Recorder, South 00"37'29" West,
<br />50,00 feet to the intersection with a lirre.parallol with and 50.00 feet southerly of said
<br />centerline of 17u' Street per last said Record of Survey map and as described in Deeds,
<br />both of which were recorded August 27, 1956, in Book 3625, Page 260 & Page 262,
<br />Official Records of said County Recorder, said intersection being the
<br />True Point of Beginning; thence easterly along said parallel line, North 89°53'15" East,
<br />61,99 feet; them South 81°55' 1.5" West, 53,54 feet to the beginning of a curve concave
<br />northerly, having a radius of 60 feet; thence westerly along said curve 8.34 feet, through a
<br />central angle of 07°5MO", to the intersection with a line parallel with and 58.00 feet
<br />southerly of said centerline of.17" StTest, said curve being tangent to said parallel line;
<br />thence westerly along said parallel line, South 89°53' 15" West, 0.75 feet to said westerly
<br />line of said 528/140 O.R.; thence northerly along said westerly line,
