Central Ave. ,Santa Ana, CA 92707 (714) 481-9600 li A7 T 1'1 R <br />Ao it / l <br />This Facilities License Agreement, dated as of February 28, 2011_ ("Agreement"), is <br />entered into by and between Delhi Center, a California Nonprofit Benefit Corporation <br />("Owner") and City of Santa Ana Community Development Agency , a California <br />Government Entity_ ("Licensee"). <br />License. In consideration of Licensee's promise to pay the fees set forth in the <br />Licensee Fee Schedule attached to this Agreement as Schedule A ("Fee <br />Schedule"), Owner agrees to reserve a make available for the benefit of Licensee <br />the date(s), time(s), and area(s) as stated on the "Applicant Fee Schedule." The <br />area(s) identified as: Multipurpose Room and Room 101 ("Authorized Area") <br />comprising a portion of the Owner's facilities located at 505 East Central Avenue, <br />Santa Ana, California 92707 ( the "Center") on March 11, 2011 ("Event <br />Date") from Sam (Pacific Time) until 7pm(Pacific <br />Time) for the temporary, non-exclusive use of Licensee to use the Authorized <br />Area during the above time periods and does not constitute a lease or grant of any <br />possessory, leasehold or ownership interest in the Center. <br />2. License Fees and Deposits. Licensee agrees to pay Owner the License Fee(s) set <br />forth in the fee Schedule, which Schedule is incorporated into this Agreement by <br />reference and made a part hereof. Upon the execution of this agreement, the <br />Licensee shall pay to the Owner one-half of the total fees due under the Fee <br />Schedule as a deposit ("Fee Deposit"), plus a security deposit ("Security <br />Deposit") in the amount set forth on the Fee Schedule. The Security Deposit shall <br />be held by the Owner as hereto, and be applied by the Owner against the fees and <br />charges owed by Licensee to Owner under this Agreement, Owner's damages or <br />Initials License Owner <br />
