SCHEDULE B l 444eli P,4 -&O W 9P — - i The following Rules and Regulations ("Rules and Regulations") are incorporated into and made apart of the Facilities License Agreement, dated February 28. 201 1 ("License Agreement"), by and between City of Santa Ana Community Development Agency ("Licensee") and Delhi Center ("Owner"). Capitalized terms used in the Rules and Regulations and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the text of the License Agreement. Owner shall have the right at any time to amend or supplement the Rules and Regulations or impose additional requirements or rules regarding the operation and use of the Center. GENERAL RULES All Licensees and their Vendors, guests and invitees shall comply with all applicable laws, government rules and regulations. Any use of the Center to the contrary or in violation thereof shall be grounds for the Owner to cancel the Event and Licensee's use of the Center and to remove Licensee and its guests and invitees from the Center and to bar Licensees and such persons from further use thereof. Licensee must provide (1) one appointed staff person present on site for the duration of the Event for the every fifty (50) people to assist with the coordination and supervision of the Event. In the event that any separate hospitality area is made available for that specific area for the duration of the Event to observe Licensee's compliance with these Rules and Regulations, but any such Owner Representative will not provide supervision or coordination of the Event. The Center's telephones are not for public use. The Center is a non-smoking facility. No smoking is permitted inside the facility or in its courtyard at any time. Designated smoking areas are located in front of the Center. Owner may assess a $200 fine against Licensee for each occurrence that Licensee or its Vendors, guests or invitees violate this regulation. Drugs are not permitted in or on the Center's property, including parking areas. In the event of use of drugs or illegal substances by Licensee or its Vendors, guests or invitees, Owner shall be entitled to notify the proper law enforcement authorities and to Owner shall be entitled to notify the proper law enforcements authorities and to terminate the Event and remove Licensee and its Vendors, guests, and invitees from the Center.
