Licensee is responsible for making its own arrangement with caterer or other Vendor arrives early for set-up or outside of the time allocated. Licensee will be charges additional fees at the Owner's existing hourly rate schedule for each hour or portion thereof of additional time. The caterer used by Licensee is subject to Owner's approval. Jay's Catering service is an approved caterer by the Center. Jay's Catering may be reached at (714)636-6045. No beverages that contain red, orange, purple or other dye or artificial color (for example: fruit punches) may be served. Only those beverages with fresh juice or sodas as their base may be used. (Beverages with dyes in them permanently stain the carpeting and flooring.) Alcohol — The service of alcohol is permitted only under the following conditions: Alcohol service must be arranged by Licensee with the caterer or another licensed Vendor for the Event. Alcohol may not be served to minors. Alcohol usage is restricted to the Authorized Area only. Alcohol service must conclude at least one hour prior to the time the Event is scheduled to end. If alcohol is served, Licensee is responsible for ensuring that the caterer/Vendor obtains the appropriate permit from the State of California Alcohol Beverage Control Department at the Address listed below and submits the same to Owner at least fifteen (15) days prior to the Event.
