Set Public Hearing For_ <br />CONTINUED TO <br />FILE NUMBER <br />Receive and file the staff report approving Variance No. 2011-01 as conditioned. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br />On February 28, 2011, the Planning Commission adopted a resolution approving Variance No. 2011- <br />01 as conditioned by a vote of 7:0 to allow an existing building to encroach into the required <br />landscaped setbacks for a new medical office building at 1901 North Tustin Avenue located in the <br />Community Commercial (Cl) zoning district (Exhibit A). The Planning Commission modified <br />Condition No. 7 to allow the applicant the ability to submit an alternate roofing material to the <br />Planning Division for approval. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br />,14y 1.
