No Impact <br />According to the City's Updated General Plan Land Use Element EIR and the California <br />Department Fish and Game Natural Diversity Data Base, there is a limited amount of <br />sensitive biological resources within the City. Approval of the proposed amendment to <br />the Municipal Code to establish development standards and a permitting process for the <br />installation of telecommunication devices in the public right of way within the City of <br />Santa Ana would not result in any adverse impacts to any sensitive biological <br />resources. The proposed ordinance does not affect any sensitive biological resources. <br />IV. CULTURAL RESOURCES <br />A. Cause a substantial adverse change in the significance of a <br />historical resource as defined in Section 15064.5? <br />B. Cause a substantial adverse change in the significance of a unique <br />archaeological resource pursuant to Section 15064.5? <br />C. Directly or indirectly disturb or destroy a unique paleontogical resource or <br />site? <br />D. Disturb any human remains, including those interred outside of formal <br />cemeteries. <br />No Impact <br />According to the City's General Plan Land Use Element EIR, the City of Santa Ana is <br />known to contain known many cultural resources. Additionally, according to the General <br />Plan Land Use Element EIR there is high probability that unknown cultural resources <br />may exist in the City. Approval of the proposed amendment to the Municipal Code to <br />establish development standards and a permitting process for the installation of <br />telecommunication devices in the public right of way within the City of Santa Ana does <br />not affect any existing structures, buildings, or sites. As determined by previous citywide <br />surveys, there are no historic streetlamps, posts, or poles within the city limits. <br />V. GEOLOGY/SOILS <br />A-1. Rupture of a known earthquake fault, as delineated on the most recent <br />Alquist-Priolo Earthquake Fault Zoning Map issued by the State geologist <br />for the area or based on other substantial evidence of a known fault? <br />A-2. Landslides <br />No Impact <br />According to the City's General Plan Land Use Element EIR there are no active <br />earthquake faults, Alquist-Priolo Earthquake Zones or landslides within the City. <br />However, several active faults are located within fifty miles of the City.
