Displace substantial numbers of people, necessitating the construction of <br />replacement housing elsewhere? <br />No Impact <br />The proposed amendment to the Municipal Code to establish development standards <br />and a permitting process for the installation of telecommunication devices in the public <br />right of way within the City of Santa Ana would not induce substantial growth in the City <br />or displace substantial numbers of existing housing or population, in that approval of the <br />proposed ordinance would not involve any activities that would generate additional <br />population or displaces homes and/or population. <br />XII. PUBLIC SERVICES <br />Fire Protection, Police Protection, Schools, Parks, Other Public Facilities <br />No Impact <br />Approval of the proposed amendment to the Municipal Code to establish development <br />standards and a permitting process for the installation of telecommunication devices in <br />the public right of way within the City of Santa Ana would not increase the demand for <br />additional public services over current levels of service being provided in the City, in that <br />the approval of the proposed ordinance would not involve any activities that would <br />substantially increase the demands for public services. The proposed ordinance actually <br />increases the potential for providing public services. <br />XIII. RECREATION <br />A. Would the project increase the use of existing neighborhood and regional <br />parks or other recreational facilities such that substantial physical <br />deterioration of the facility would occur or be accelerated? <br />B. Does the project include recreational facilities or require the construction <br />or expansion of recreational facilities, which might have an adverse <br />physical effect on the environment. <br />No Impact <br />Approval of the proposed ordinance would not increase the use of any recreational <br />facilities or result in the significant need for additional recreational facilities, in that the <br />proposed ordinance would not involve any activities that would increase the demands <br />for recreational facilities. No adverse impacts to recreation facilities would be <br />associated with the approval of proposed ordinance. <br />75A-37
