16. Arbitration. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the <br />construction or application of any of the terms, provisions or conditions of this <br />Agreement shall, on the written request of any party hereto, served on the other parties, be <br />submitted to -arbitration in the City of Cypress, California and such arbitration shall <br />comply. with and be governed by the provisions of the American Arbitration Association <br />Rules then in effect. The costs of arbitration shall be borne equally by the parties. <br />Judgment .on the award rendered by the azbitrator or arbitra#ors may be entered in any <br />court having jurisdiction thereof. Each party shall be responsible for its own attorney's <br />fees and costs. <br />17. Severability. The parties hereto expressly agree axed contract that it is not the <br />intention of either of them to violate any public policy, statutory or common laws, rules, <br />regulations, treaties or decisions of any government or agency thereof.
