This compensates the contractor for all labor and equipment costs to provide, install, and maintain the traffic control and barricading until SCE completed their portion of the work. The contractor was directed in PCO #� 9 to import sand, backfill and compact the unplanted palm tree excavations flush with the adjacent sidewalk to ensure public safety until the palm trees are planted. This compensates the contractor for all labor and equipment costs to import sand, backfill, and compact the excavations.
