Pursuant to Section <br />15331, which allows for rehabilitation of a historic resources that meets <br />the Secretary of the Interior's Standards. A Notice of Exemption will be <br />filed for this project. <br />Section 2: The Historic Resources Commission of the City of Santa Ana <br />hereby approves the Certificate of Appropriateness for the Smith Tuthill Funeral Parlor, <br />located at 518 North Broadway. This decision is based upon, the complete record <br />presented to the Historic Resources Commission, including all public testimony, and the <br />staff report and exhibits. <br />Section 3.
