IV UVVCKIVIVICIVI VV VCyVIVO <br />EXEMPT FROM FEES PURSUANT <br />TO GOVERNMENT CODE § 6103 <br />KO -12127106 <br />• RESOLUTION NO. 2007-02 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE HISTORIC RESOURCES <br />COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING <br />HISTORIC RESOURCES COMMISSION APPLICATION <br />NO. 2006-26 TO PLACE THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />2620 NORTH FLOWER STREET, SANTA ANA ON THE <br />HISTORICAL REGISTER AND APPROVING HISTORIC <br />REGISTER CATEGORIZATION NO. 2006-26 PLACING <br />SAID PROPERTY WITHIN THE CONTRIBUTIVE <br />CATEGORY <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HISTORIC RESOURCES COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Historic Resources Commission of the City of Santa Ana <br />hereby finds, determines and declares as follows: <br />A. On January 4, 2007, the Historic Resources Commission held a duly <br />• noticed public hearing for the placement on the Santa Ana Register of <br />Historical Properties (Historic Resources Commission Application No. <br />2006-26) and categorization (Historic Resources Commission <br />Categorization No. 2006-26) of the Miller House located at 2620 North <br />Flower Street, Santa Ana. <br />B. On January 4, 2007 the Historic Resources Commission continued the <br />matter to March 1, 2007. <br />C. The Miller House, located at 2620 North Flower Street, Santa Ana, was <br />constructed in 1917, and qualifies for listing on the Santa Ana Register of <br />Historical Properties as a Contributive property. <br />D. This modest Craftsman home "contributes to the overall character and <br />history" of the Morrison/Eldridge Park neighborhood and "is a good <br />example of period architecture." <br />E. This pre-World War II home is sheathed in clapboard siding, has exposed <br />rafters with shaped tails, and simple porch posts. <br />F. The legal owner of the subject property is Barbara M Taylor. <br />G.
