Appendix <br />A <br />Graffiti Referral Sheet <br />The Graffiti Abatement Crew will be responsible for reporting to their Crew <br />Leader any graffiti in their area that they were unable to abate. If the Crew <br />Leader is unavailable, then it should be reported to the Supervisor.
