10. INQUIRIES <br />Refer inquiries in writing via email to Silvia Cuevas, scuevasAsanta-ana.org. Questions will <br />be accepted up until the pre-proposal conference. Responses will be provided by to those in <br />attendance at the pre-proposal conference electronically via e-mail. <br />11. RIGHTS RESERVED <br />The right is reserved by the City of Santa Ana to reject any or all proposals or to waive any <br />informality or technical defect in a proposal. The City reserves the right to contract with any, <br />all, or none of the vendors who submit proposals. <br />12. E-MAIL COMMUNICATIONS <br />To facilitate the RFP process, vendors are required to monitor and respond to e-mail requests <br />on a daily basis. <br />13. PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE <br />A pre-proposal conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. on April 26, 2011 at the Central Library <br />Meeting Room A, Santa Ana, CA. Please RSVP to Silvia Cuevas, (714) 647-5254, by April <br />22. All proposers are strongly encouraged to attend. A virtual meeting option will also be <br />available. <br />14. DISCLOSURE <br />Any information, other than cost and price, which a vendor does not wish to have disclosed, <br />other than for the purpose of evaluation, should have each applicable sheet or part marked <br />"Proprietary and Confidential" - this data shall not be disclosed or duplicated, used or disclosed <br />in whole or in part for any purpose other than to evaluate the response. <br />196-6
