Adopt a resolution approving Site Plan Review No. 2011-01 as conditioned. <br />DISCUSSION <br />Request of the Applicant <br />Lyon Community Development is requesting approval to amend provisions of the MacArthur Place <br />South development agreement, a conditional use permit, a variance, site plan review approval and an <br />addendum to the certified Environmental Impact Report in order to allow the construction of a new <br />300-unit mid-rise condominium project to be located at 100-140 East MacArthur Boulevard. <br />Proiect Location and Site Description <br />The subject property is located at 100-140 East MacArthur Boulevard, between Main Street and <br />Sandpointe Avenue. The site is approximately 4.05 acres in size, rectangular in shape and is <br />currently vacant. Further, the site is located within the MacArthur Place South master planned <br />2 <br />75B-3
