The agreement with the firms will be for a period of one fiscal year <br />or until the funds are exhausted, whichever comes first. The City has an option to renew the <br />agreements for an additional year if the firm is responsive to the City's needs. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />There is no environmental impact associated with this action. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />These services are on-call and will be used when funds are available in the various CIP projects. <br />APPROVED AS TO FUNDS AND ACCOUNTS: <br />1)?Q `?
