Ken Kasbohm, PLS has over thirty-three years of surveying experience, with 20 years at <br />Coast, in the field and directing field crews in performing all types of surveying including <br />vertical and horizontal control, photo control, GPS surveys, topographic surveys, design <br />surveys, boundary surveys, right of way surveys, and construction layout. Mr. Kasbohm is a <br />Professional Land Surveyor in California since 1997 as P.L.S. 7371, has been a Certified <br />Party Chief since 1985, and has been Hazmat trained since 1986. Mr. Kasbohm directs the <br />work of the field crews, sets up the work for each crew, and has continued to work as a survey <br />party chief as needed. During the fast few years, he has been responsible for the.preparation <br />of numerous Records of Survey for MWD properties along the Colorado River Aqueduct. <br />Availability 40%. <br />ADDITIONAL PERSONNEL <br />Neil Darling, Survey Analyst <br />Rod Reiter, Survey Party Chief <br />Bob McDermott, Survey Party Chief <br />Please see attached full-sized resumes for key personnel, additional personnel, <br />and organizational chart, <br />C. WORK PLAN <br />Coast Surveying, Inc. will coordinate all efforts with the City of Santa Ana Project Manager to <br />facilitate the proper and timely completion of the project. Coast will prepare a detailed work <br />plan and schedule and confirm this with the PM. Coast will confirm with the PM the critical <br />path task items and will take appropriate measures to stay on track or complete the critical <br />path tasks early. Coast will contact all subconsultants and notify them of our Notice to <br />Proceed, preliminary schedule, and confirm their scope of work. Permission to access land of <br />adjacent owners must be given from the PM. <br />Coast Surveying will assign an experienced survey crew to this project and a second <br />experienced survey crew as backup. Coast will prepare a detailed written scope of work and <br />schedule for the survey crews. The assigned party chief will be completely familiar with the <br />survey limits, survey scope, schedule and specifications. Coast's entire field personnel will be <br />safety trained to work on and near highways and railroads. All of Coast's field personnel are <br />Roadway Worker Certified to work on railroad Right-of-Way under the direction of the <br />assigned railroad flagman. They will also wear the required safety gear while working in the <br />field. Any unsafe working issues will be immediately reported to the PM and if deemed <br />necessary to delay work in the unsafe working area(s) until it is deemed safe. to continue work. <br />Coast Surveying is fully equipped and will insure that all survey vehicles, survey instruments, <br />equipment, supplies and other miscellaneous tools are calibrated, suitable and in safe working <br />conditions to perform the required work on this project. Coast Surveying also has sufficient <br />hardware and software to process the data to perform all the services required on this project. <br />Coast also has all the office equipment, tools and supplies to perform all the services required <br />on this project. <br />25'C-68
