The majority of families on the waiting <br />list consist of only one or two members. <br />Over half of all ap- <br />plicants {5,005 of <br />9,854; or 510) have <br />one or two member <br />households, and would <br />qualify for a 1-bedroom <br />voucher. Wait List Characteristics <br />Household Size <br />At the end of the reporting period there were 2,506 <br />households receiving rental assistance from the Housing <br />Authority. <br />Chart 3 illustrates participating families, sorted by <br />number of family members.
