HA 2004-03 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING ACCEPTANCE OF <br />FUNDING FOR TWO FAMilY SELF-SUFFICIENCY <br />COORDINATORS FROM THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF <br />HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF SANTA <br />ANA AS FOllOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana ("Authority") hereby <br />finds, determines and declares as follows: <br /> <br />A. The Authority filed a grant application with the U.S. Department of Housing <br />and Urban Development ("HUD") for funding for two Family Self-Sufficiency <br />Coordinators. <br /> <br />B. HUD has notified the Authority that its application has been approved with <br />funding in the amount of $121,200. <br /> <br />Section 2. The Housing Authority hereby authorizes the acceptance of the <br />grant provided by HUD for the funding of two Family Self-Sufficiency Coordinators in the <br />amount of $121 ,200. <br /> <br />Section 3. The Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana hereby authorizes <br />and empowers the Executive Director of the Housing Authority or his/her designee to <br />execute in the name of the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana all necessary <br />documents evidencing the approval and authorizing the execution thereof as may be <br />required <br /> <br />Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by <br />the Housing Authority, and the Secretary shall attest to and certify the vote adopting this <br />Resolution. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 19th day of April, 2004. <br /> <br />~P" <br /> <br />BY: <br /> <br />Miguel A.
