Agency will cover the basic permit fee. <br />• Processing all required notifications (AQMD & OSHA). <br />?... Performing all work in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. <br />• Executing the work in accordance with the safety provisions of all applicable laws and regulations. <br />Providing all labor, material, equipment, tools, supervision and technical personnel necessary to complete the <br />work. <br />• Furnishing the AGENCY with the name and telephone number of an "official" who will represent and be <br />responsible for the prime contractor and their subcontractors. <br />Paying for the transportation and disposal of all demolition debris. <br />• Paying all valid charges and keeping the project free of mechanic's liens. <br />• Protecting all surrounding property (public and private) from damage during the course of the work and for <br />repairing or replacing materials that they damage at their own expense. <br />• Knowledge of all conditions and limitations that may affect the work. <br />Verifying all measurements and quantities. <br />• Locating all underground utilities. <br />HAZARDOUS MATERIALS <br />CONTRACTOR is responsible for thoroughly examining the attached Asbestos and Lead-Based Paint Survey Report <br />prepared by Converse Consultants. <br />CONTRACTOR assumes full responsibility and liability for compliance with all federal, state and local regulations <br />regarding the removal and disposal of hazardous materials including, but not limited to, work practices, <br />transportation, disposal and protection of workers, visitors and neighboring property owners. <br />GRADING <br />CONTRACTOR shall fill all depressions with clean imported soil. All depressions shall be filled in lifts and <br />compacted properly (90% relative compaction). <br />• CONTRACTOR shall rough grade the lot so that it is relatively level and drains away from adjacent properties. <br />5
