A report containing results of inspections and interviews, site characteristics, record and <br />historical review information and potential contamination issue, and conclusions and recommen- <br />dations for any work required. Copies to be distributed to City file, City Attorney, and Property <br />Management consultant, if required, on site. <br />4.2 Phase II Environmental Site Assessment Survey — Review with City staff the Phase <br />II ESA to determine the need for a Phase II ESA Survey. If necessary, coordinate the completion <br />of a Phase II ESA. Upon receipt of the Phase II report, prepare recommendation for an additional <br />environmental analysis. Distribute the Environmental Site Report and written recommendations to <br />City staff and City Attorney's office. <br />t. <br />4.3 Demolition Asbestos & Follow Up Surveys — Coordinate or assist the Property Man- <br />agement consultant with the coordination and completion of asbestos and lead surveys. Coordi- <br />nate distribution of these reports to applicable consultants. Perform follow-up inspections before <br />the beginning of the demolition process. <br />5.0 PUBLIC MEETINGS <br />w TASK NO: <br />5.1 Public Information Hearing — Facilitate and/or conduct Public Meetings as required by City <br />to address acquisition, relocation and related issues. <br />�— 6.0 APPRAISAL <br />TASK NO, <br />6.1 Facilitate - distribution of appraisal assignments including appraisal reviews using the <br />r'a <br />City's approved list of qualified appraisers.
