Copies to be distributed to City file, City Attorney, and Property <br />Management consultant, if required, on site. <br />4.2 Phase II Environmental Site Assessment Survey — Review with City staff the Phase <br />II ESA to determine the need for a Phase II ESA Survey. If necessary, coordinate the completion <br />of a Phase II ESA. Upon receipt of the Phase II report, prepare recommendation for an additional <br />environmental analysis. Distribute the Environmental Site Report and written recommendations to <br />City staff and City Attorney's office. <br />t. <br />4.3 Demolition Asbestos & Follow Up Surveys — Coordinate or assist the Property Man- <br />agement consultant with the coordination and completion of asbestos and lead surveys. Coordi- <br />nate distribution of these reports to applicable consultants.
